The Kalpagian Agency is seeking a highly motivated Insurance & Financial Services Specialist who thrives in a sales-driven environment and excels at helping clients protect their assets and plan for the future. This role is ideal for a competitive, relationship-focused professional who wants to maximize earning potential while providing meaningful financial solutions.

This position requires both Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
If you do not currently hold all required licenses, we will support you through the licensing process, but full licensure is required for continued employment.

Role Overview

As an Insurance & Financial Services Specialist, you will serve as a trusted advisor—identifying client needs, presenting tailored insurance and financial solutions, and driving new business across multiple lines. Your ability to communicate value and close sales will directly contribute to agency growth and your long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Sell insurance and financial products with a consultative, needs-based approach

  • Conduct policy and financial reviews to uncover additional sales opportunities

  • Assist clients with retirement planning, income protection, and investment-related needs

  • Stay well-informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings

  • Consistently engage in activities that drive new production and business growth

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in insurance and/or financial services preferred

  • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals

  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health, or willingness to obtain quickly with agency support

  • Motivated, organized, and driven by performance and client impact

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
