The Kalpagian Agency is looking for a competitive, results-driven Account Manager who thrives in a sales-focused environment and is motivated by hitting goals, building relationships, and driving agency growth. In this role, every interaction is an opportunity—whether you’re reviewing coverage, connecting with prospects, or strengthening relationships with existing customers.
To perform successfully in this role, Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required.
If you do not currently hold both licenses, we will support you through the licensing process, but full licensure is required for ongoing employment.

What You’ll Do
- Proactively drive sales by recommending, explaining, and selling insurance products to warm and cold leads
- Conduct policy reviews to uncover coverage gaps and additional sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships that support retention and referrals
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism while keeping sales opportunities in mind
- Partner with agency leadership to meet and exceed aggressive growth targets
Who You Are
- A confident communicator with a strong sales mindset
- Motivated by goals, commissions, and performance milestones
- Experienced in insurance sales or account management (preferred)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Licensed in P&C and Life & Health OR willing to obtain both with agency support
- Comfortable initiating and leading sales conversations

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
