Ed Kalpagian State Farm is seeking a highly motivated, sales-focused Account Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves turning conversations into closed business. In this role, sales performance is the priority—with every client interaction serving as an opportunity to recommend, quote, and bind coverage that protects what matters most.

This position requires Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
 If you are not fully licensed, we will support you through the licensing process, but full licensure is required to remain in the role.

Role Overview

As an Account Associate, you will play a key role in growing the agency through proactive outreach, sales conversations, and high-impact client relationships. You’ll assist with some service activities, but your primary responsibility is driving new business and expanding existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage prospects and customers to recommend and sell insurance products

  • Conduct policy reviews to uncover additional sales opportunities

  • Maintain relationships that drive retention, referrals, and future sales

  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

  • Collaborate with agency leadership to achieve aggressive sales goals

Qualifications

  • Active P&C and Life & Health licenses, or willingness to obtain quickly with agency support

  • Strong sales mindset with proven experience hitting goals (insurance experience preferred but not required)

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills

  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, results-driven environment

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a sales pipeline

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
